Preventing Disasters

Garage doors are a pretty simple application, only a number of things can go wrong with them and I wanted to share a post to help you be ahead of the problem. Twice a year, check the cables on your door, look for any frays or minor breaks in the cable. If you notice a fray or a minor break call your repair specialists to have them come fix the problem before it turns into a bigger disaster. A cable that breaks during the operation of a door can result in bent garage door tracks, damaged panels, and bent hinges. Prevent an easy fix from becoming a more labor intensive and major fix.
